.22 PISTOL LEAGUE

A weekly league featuring a timed shooting event at varying distances.

 

Available only February 16, 2025 - April 13, 2025

The Pistol League is open to all (members and non-members). This league is for anyone from expert shooter to beginner shooter.

​

• Starting Time will be 12:30pm on the pistol range

• One time fee of $25.00 for members and $30 for non-members. Fee covers supplies and awards.

• Each shooter needs to bring 60 .22 rounds for each day's event.  A limited number of .22 rounds will be available for sale at $4.00 per box of 50.

• If for some reason you are unable to shoot on a given Sunday, you will be allowed to make it up the next week or if you know in advance, you can shoot ahead a week. 

• Dress appropriately for the cold, but the heat will be on in the pistol house for those waiting to shoot and any observers.

​Each Group will consist of a max of 10 shooters. (Only the shooters and the RSO will be on the line, no
other individuals will be allowed on the north side of the building.)

We will shoot 10 shots at each target, 3 target total at 7 yards (target 1 min, target 2 20 seconds, Target
3 10 seconds), then 10 shots at three new targets at 10 yards (target 1 min, target 2 20 seconds, Target 3
10 seconds).

At this time the next group of shooters will set up and repeat the process.
If there are any alibis. All shooters with alibis will shoot at the same time and have half of the shooting
time put back on the clock, i.e., if you have an alibi in a 1min timed target you will have 30sec to fire all
of your unfired rounds. If you have an alibi in a 20sec timed target you will have 10sec to fire all of your
unfired rounds etc. ONLY ONE alibi per target.
 

Each person must score their own targets and then pass them on to another shooter to verify the
scoring results.
There will be 2 shooting categories, Iron Class and Scoped Class.
